Ruby need some extra hugs!
She's having some problems with her back (lower spine.)
She can't play or lay on her favorite chair unless I'm there to
lift her. All her activities have to be restricted for a week or so.
She's on safety coated low dose asprin and if she's not
better by Saturday she will go back to vets for steroid shot.
Hopefully this will take care of it.
If not she will be referred out to a specialist for more
tests under anesthesia.
Vet tells me this is a progressive thing. It can progress fast or slowly.
We sure hope it will go very slowly if it has to progress at all.

Oh, Ruby, you poor thing. I wish I could give you a true gentle hug. I sure hope she feels better and that if it really does have to progress, it progresses at the slowest speed possible.
